Potatoes in Green Sauce

7 ounce can of tuna
1 1/2 teaspoons vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons minced onion
1 tablespoon minced parsley
1 teaspoon capers
  mix
3 medium potatos, peeled, cubed, boiled in salted water for 20 minutes, and drained
1 hardboiled egg, finely chopped
  add the potatoes and chopped egg and blend gently
salt to taste
3/4 cup mayonnaise
  gently fold in the mayonnaise
1 pimento, cut in strips
