1 large spanish onion, finely chopped
3 tablespoons oil
fry the onion on medium high until it turns light brown
1 to 3 green or red Bell peppers, seeded and finely chopped
fry for five minutes or so
1 teaspoon Thai red curry paste
1 tablespoon dried basil
mix in the red curry paste and basil and fry a little
1 to 3 teaspoons lime juice
1 teaspoon salt
3 cans flaked tuna
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
combine the rest of the ingredients, and fry until the parmesan melts
1 package linguini
cook and drain the pasta, then mix with the tuna
